Resetting your Rocket Fuel Password

Error Message:

Cause: Forgotten password

Troubleshooting:

NOTE: The manual reset will only work if you have saved a password and logged into the access panel at least once. If you are a new user who missed the window on your activation token, please email accounts@rocketfuel.com to request a new token.

Manual Password Reset:

  1. Go to https://rocketfuel.okta.com and click on the "Forgot Password?" link:


  2. Fill in your email address and click the "Send Email" button:
    • If you have paired your phone number with your access panel, you can also choose "Send Text Message"


  3. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you; it will come from noreply@okta.com:


  4. Click on the provided link to be taken to a prompt that will ask for the security answer. Fill in the answer and then click the “Reset Password” button:


  5. If the correct answer was entered, a prompt will appear asking for a new password to be entered. Once done, click the “Reset Password” button to save it and be taken into the Okta panel:

 

Agent-Assisted Password Reset:

  1. If you have forgotten your security answer, you can send an email to accounts@rocketfuel.com to request a Password Reset token from an agent

  2. The agent will push an email to the customer with a link to change the password. Note that the emails come from noreply@okta.com:


  3. Click on the provided link to be taken to a prompt asking for a new password to be entered. Once done, click the “Reset Password” button to save it and be taken into the Okta panel:
